Provincial Nominnee Programs

Currently there are nominee agreements which have been entered into the Federal Government by the following provinces and territories:

Alberta
British Columbia
Manitoba
New Brunswick
Newfoundland and Labrador
Nova Scotia
Ontario
Prince Edward Island
Saskatchewan
Yukon

By signing nominee agreements with provinces and territories, the Federal Government recognizes that provinces/territories have a better grasp than the Federal Government of the provinces’ needs to meet regional economic demands.

Each province and territory has its own streams and criteria for their Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). These can change without notice.
